This class will explore ways to open, purify, engage and express the energy of the heart chakra. Opening the heart chakra invites the experiences of universal love, inner joy, emotional balance and compassion. We will cover how meditation techniques, spiritual activities, shifts in perception/body awareness, yoga postures, mantras and dietary adjustments that can help open the heart center.

-for each person to understand how to live from their feeling center

-for you to experience emotional healing and cleansing

-for you to realize that all of the peace and joy you could ever need is inside of you

-for you to experience that joy externally as well, via nature, human connection and existence itself

-for you to understand the importance of discipline as it relates to spiritual growth
