Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter the raw beauty of Costa Rica, where rainforest, volcanic heat, flowing water and open sky become part of the spiritual journey.
The workshops for this retreat will focus on spiritual growth by exploring the energetic qualities of earth, fire, water, air and spirit. In many ways these elements live within us and by consciously working with them we can bring greater balance to our energy, our emotions and our selves simultaneously.
By moving through the elements we can uncover areas that need grounding, release, activation, expansion and deeper spiritual connection.
We will experience the natural beauty of Costa Rica’s rainforests, waterfalls and volcanic landscape. This trip will also include a visit to the thermal hot springs, a rainforest waterfall, ziplining through the canopy and time for restorative massage and integration.
