Tantra Teachers Training is Honors Yoga’s innovative system of sexual energy cultivation. This certification process has two parts: sexual energy cultivation and teachers education. There will be an online class and in person workshops. In class, you will learn techniques for the cultivation of your own sexual energy and the framework for understanding tantra. During the workshop weekend you will embody these practices and learn how to hold space for others as they explore the world of sacred sexuality.
The techniques taught in Honors Yogas Tantra Training are a unique result of experimentation, intuition and formal training processes. This is an approach to Tantra unlike any other. Years of personal training and experimentation within the context of our Sacred Sexuality retreats has produced an array of intimacy tools that are both highly impactful and proven to work. The entire system of Honors Yoga techniques is an outgrowth of the deeply charged system of kundalini yoga, of which Jay English has studied for 20-plus years.

Not sure what happened to my phone last night, but it cut off during the meditation so I didn't get a chance to talk about my experience. This was one of the most intense I've had so I just had to share!
I was so gone I didnt even realize at what point the phone shut off heard a long pause and just thought Jay went quiet for a second lol.. but I'm so happy it did cuz I really needed to sit with that energy for a minute lol still feeling blissed out this morning!!!
First of all, that cord cutting was extremely powerful & I felt so much lighter after!! thank you bro .. and that breath like a lover's tongue was EVERYTHING!!! I had an intense orgasm that I felt in my heart and left my legs shaking.
I continued doing rounds of that breath since I still heard silence not even sure how long I was goin lol. At one point I stopped, grabbed my divine masculine reflection's hand and said, "you have to come meet my mother". We walked back to the river and waited for Oshun to appear again. I stepped in first while he stood at the edge, I was singing and dancing the water, giving thanks and calling for her to come bless this union. When I turned around he was standing right there and said "you are the Goddess!".. Not sure at what point I had started doing the "tongue breath" thingy again lol, but it was much faster this time. I exploded into a waterfall, had another orgasm, and woke up laughing uncontrollably JOY!!!!! lol
Wow Jay! Bruuuuuh!!! THAT meditation was some next level shit lol .. I relistened to it this morning and it was still powerful, but not as intense as last night .. *cue Sade "Never As Good As The First Time" lol

Yo Jay, are inner-gasms during our celibacy period OK?
I went to visit My Queen last night. We typically do some stretching and meditation before bed. We started off with some hip opening stretches.
Then we decided to try something new and meditate back to back....OMG! We started started swaying from side to side, which morphed into Shamanic Dancing. When I reached around and touched her solar plexus/upper womb, ZOOM, straight to cosmos...LOL
Once she went into an orgasmic orbit, my prostate started firing off like a machine gun...LOL
The experience was so intense. It was like we were in another dimension. By the time we came back into our bodies hours, had gone by. It was a trip, we were so energized that we had to force ourselves to go to bed.

So that workshop…. I thought I knew about physical touch and how I can feel good but the sensory workshop was just bananas!!!
I wasn’t expecting to cry or any emotions to come forward. I didn’t know what to expect for being in the experience and you allowed me to have a space to be vulnerable. It was very helpful and I learned more about my sexuality. I knew this was something I needed…I didnt know exactly what it would be but coming here has transformed for me and given me a different perspective of sexual intimacy. Im connected, I haven’t even have sex I haven’t masturbated, but I’m orgasmic!!
