In Ancient times Egypt laid the foundation and led the world in the areas of architecture, science, math and medicine. Egyptians integrated spiritual concepts into every layer of their society. In modern times we still marvel at their ability to build pyramids and seek to unravel the legend of their mysticism.
Egyptians delved deeply into meditation, ritual and astronomy. Early versions of yoga can be found on the temple walls. The eye of ra one of Egypt’s most recognized symbols is said to correlate with the 3rd eye. We will explore this mysterious land and architecture while turning our attention inward to unravel the mystery of ourselves.
